Return/Refund Policy


Refund Policy for Spiffy Scrubs LLC

Effective Date: 09/20/2020

At Spiffy Scrubs LLC, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist. Please review the terms of our refund and return policy to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Returns

You have 3 (three) days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an item  or for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

    •    The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
    •    The item must be in its original packaging.
    •    You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Items that cannot be returned:

    •    Gift cards
    •    Custom or personalized orders
    •    Final sale or clearance items
  •  Uniform Accessories ( badge reels, socks, bags, scrub hats, etc)


Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

    •    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
    •    Any costs related to return shipping will be your responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item was defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, with photos of the damage if applicable. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at [email protected]. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may choose between receiving a refund or selecting an alternative product.

    •    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) will be deducted from your refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period, please take the following steps:

    1.    Check your bank or credit card statement.
    2.    Contact your credit card company or bank; sometimes, refunds take additional time to be officially posted.

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our return policy conditions. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction, including rights related to defective goods or services.

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as:

    •    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    •    Any item returned more than 5 days after delivery.

Spiffy Scrubs LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will apply to all purchases made after the effective date.
